This series is designed to teach principles and practices of yoga for those wanting to explore and experience yoga. You will learn breathing techniques, the foundational poses and gain confidence in your practice.

 

All levels are welcome to this inspiring, easy flow class. You can expect to increase body awareness and postural alignment as well as the mindset of yoga to help you both: progress in your practice and feel yoga out throughout a flow based practice.
