Calisthenics: Cardio and Core

This body weight class will challenge your core strength and increase your stamina! Ramping up your metabolism via interval training, this class incorporates athletic conditioning principles. Some styles are HIIT, Tabata and TRX cardio work. This class is high intensity, but all levels are welcome to come as you are and work toward your progression.
