This workshop style class is designed to take your mind/muscle connection to the next level through focused movement, muscular release and trigger point therapy. Functional Movement refers to movement patterns that are mimicked in real life, but also addressing the dysfunction in the body. We focus on release methods to target the beyond the muscular tissues, into the fascia (connective tissues). This class is great for athletes and non-athletes alike.
We train your body through multiple plans of motion (in many directions) at one time to establish neuromuscular pathways that allow for new patterns to be built through various principles.
