Yin Yoga

This class focuses on deeper layers of the body: connective tissues and fascia to promote overall flexibility, mobility, joint-health, mental focus and overall wellness. Poses are held 2-5 minutes and are guided by your instructor with modifications and regressions for every body. This practice promotes both physical and mental growth for a harmonic experience and overall physical benefits.

Traditionally, yin is a silent practice and will occasionally be practiced as such with more experienced students (or the flow of the room). All levels are welcome!
