Chloe is a Certified Reiki Practitioner, Motivational Coach, and Spiritual Teacher dedicated to helping you find stillness, surrender, and transformation as you commit to enhancing every aspect of your life. Chloe helps you unearth the emotions and beliefs that are no longer serving you and leads you through hands-on reiki, guided visualizations, meditations, and other healing techniques to reframe and remove limiting beliefs and enter a state of peace and confidence. She believes in her clients while they learn to believe in themselves.

Chloe creates a space where clients feel heard, safe, understood, and free to explore their inner world. She offers reiki sessions, workshops, and transformational coaching experiences to help her clients heal from within and elevate to the happiest, healthiest, and most joyous version of themselves.

After battling with anxiety, depression, and feeling overwhelmed by the emotions that dictated her life, Chloe began a personal journey to heal on the deepest level- starting from within. After discovering Reiki in 2013 and studying the energy of emotions Chloe began to understand the correlation between our emotional well-being and our physical well-being.

 

She began to understand that through our experiences we develop beliefs about our who we are, what we should be, and why we believe we’re not enough. When these beliefs are disempowering we can begin to create patterns in our lives that we may be unaware of until it shows up as chaos, overwhelm, or even physical pain. Chloe realized that in order to change the patterns we must become aware of where we are, heal what holds us back, and create a deep connection to the source of peace, love and stillness within us.

A teacher by day, Chloe felt compelled to empower others with this connection and began offering Reiki and Intuitive healing sessions to clients in 2015.

Jerel is an IBP Contributor in both personal and performance development for both: athletes and non-athletes. He loves coffee, traveling, personal development: reading, training, basketball specific skills development and connecting with others. His  mission is to be a service to others and have a positive impact on others through transparency, training and mental-health advocation.

He contributes personal and performance based development content to IBP in hopes of inspiring others to take action. Jerel places special emphasis and physical recovery and mental health practices; as he understands the value of life off of the court. His heart is to help all people, athletes and non-athletes alike, achieve their best lifestyle.

Fun Facts:

Jerel is originally from Tallahassee, he attended Florida State University High School where he earned Florida 3A Player of the Year honors as a senior. He continued his career at Coppin State University in Baltimore, MD becoming one of the most highly decorated incoming freshman in school history.

In 1997, #15 seed Coppin State shocked the basketball world by becoming the first MEAC school to win a first round NCAA Tournament game by defeating #2 seed South Carolina. While playing at CSU, Jerel earned MEAC All-Conference honors. After graduation, Seamon pursued a professional playing career and spent time with semi-pro teams in Florida, North Carolina and Maryland.

Travis Wilson  He enjoys staying active, weightlifting, rock climbing, hiking and the adventures of life! He is focused on striking a balance between meaningful work and play to live the healthiest and most fun lifestyle possible in hopes to inspire others to do the same.

His career goal is to make an impact on the marriage of the fitness/performance world and the nutrition world. Travis loves exploring and learning and aligning himself with businesses that promote wellness in healthy way. Leaning toward holistic wellness practices, Travis has a heart for helping all ages and fitness levels from injury prevention and recovery to fitness competitors through exercise and nutrition practices.

He is currently the Assistant Program Director at Roundabout Meal Prep, CSCS at NNJ Volleyball.

IBP Trainer & Athlete Dezerick Reed

Dezerick Reed is a Personal Trainer and Athlete at IBP, as well a semi-Pro athlete, lifelong student and Football Coach.  He enjoys traveling and gaining knowledge about life, fitness and sports performance. He has a passion for helping others achieve their performance goals and of course – playing and coaching football.

His goal is to help others navigate their way through their personal development journey in mind, body and performance. Dezerick has learned that whether you’re training for on-season or training for life – that the most important component to train is your mind. More specifically, he wants to help men (and women) develop their minds and bodies to live a healthier lifestyle.

He has played football at University of Oregon,  in Spain 16/17/18 and in Mexico 2018. He is currently taking a break from his sports career to further his education and establish his professional career off-the-field. Dezerick is well versed in international culture, fitness perspectives and cuisine as it pertains to athletic performance and lifestyle goals.

Yoga Therapist Jennifer Holt

Jen is a RYT-500 yoga teacher and C-IAYT yoga therapist with a background in vinyasa, hatha, restorative, gentle, and therapeutic yoga.

In her classes and with private students, she uses a trauma informed approach: applying movement, breath, meditation, and yogic philosophy to guide others toward their wellness goals, regardless of health history or current health condition(s).

Jen has experience teaching yoga to all ages, from youth to senior citizens, as well as for those facing challenges such as Parkinson’s disease, disabilities, heart conditions, chronic stress, chronic/acute pain, and anxiety/depression. Jen has a deep passion for helping others find joy in movement and a sense of peace that they can carry into daily life.

Yoga Instructor Suzanne Even

Suzanne’s teaching style offers a blend of Hatha, Vinyasa and Bhakti styles of Yoga along with a focus on postural alignment. She holds B.S. degree in Health and Human Science and is a Certified Holistic Health Coach as well as a Certified Reiki Practitioner.

Having always been passionate about wellness on every level, Suzanne sought tools that would lead to the balance of a healthy mind, body and soul. She learned through my own challenges and setbacks that through a consistent and committed Yoga practice this balance could be achieved.

By embracing the philosophy and soulful teachings of Yoga, she was able to experience and express those thoughts and feelings through the physical postures.

Suzanne creates the space and offers instruction in her classes and private sessions for students to explore and express what they learn through their own Yoga practice. She guides students in developing better body awareness and safe postural alignment as well as in improving their strength and mobility. In addition, students can experience an introspective awareness and inner growth through healing chants,profound breathing exercises and a philosophical focus.

Siera Smith  is a Certified Yoga Instructor with a background in Personal Training and Functional Movement.  She enjoys exploring holistic wellness technique and pairing it with athletic training, as well as practices like yin yoga. She enjoys being outdoors, spending time with loved ones, socializing with new people and helping people learn.

Her goal is to help everyday people get grounded in their life and their bodies, by teaching them different ways of training their bodies. She recognizes the need to bridge the gap between fitness and health, and aims to do so through her yoga teachings.

Siera grew up with a mother who’s been in the fitness industry for 35 years, and her father is a holistic chiropractor. As a teen and young adult, she was an avid athlete who enjoyed the competitive side of training. Siera shifted from personal training athletes to also including everyday people who need support.

Lisa Allen is a 200-hr Registered Yoga Teacher  with a BS Degree in Health Science from Hawai’i Pacific University. She is a mother of one (number two is on the way)! She has healed her life through yoga and is a Mental Health Advocate. She takes special interest in how yoga, fitness and nutrition can help save lives for others like it did for her! She is an Ambassador and voice for NAMI – National Alliance on Mental Illness and an influencer of the #YOGASAVEDMYLIFE Movement.

Lisa created a space for people to safely practice yoga right at home. Her guided practices place special emphasis on managing stress, and creating better awareness throughout the body and mind, to more positively impact daily life. She recommends you find your center by way of balancing living – and strengthen your entire self in the process.

She created her own platform Right at OM as a compilation of her passions: yoga, meditation, and how they each fit in to the varying components of health science.
